Training Terms and Conditions

 

By provisionally booking yourself or your staff member onto any of the training programmes or courses, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for the terms within this document.

1. Course Fees:

1.1 By opting to secure a booking through the deposit scheme option, you are agreeing that the remaining balance is to be paid following the completion of the programme/course.

 

1.2 Upon requesting placement for yourself/staff member to register on a course, a place will be provisionally held and a deposit invoice for 50% of the total amount shall be generated and sent to your nominated email address. Payment is to be received no later than 14 days from the date of issue and prior to the commencement of the first day of programme. Failure to pay the deposit invoice within 14 days will result in the invoice being cancelled and your placement being released. Should this happen, any future engagement between The Autism Training Network Ltd and yourself may result in the loss of the deposit scheme option being available to you in the future.

 

1.3 Following completion of the training course, an invoice for the remaining 50% of the balance shall be generated and sent to your nominated email address. The invoice is to be paid within 14 days of receipt. On receipt of the cleared invoice payment, the training materials and certificate of completion shall be issued to the delegate who attended the course.

 

1.4 Failure to pay the final invoice within 14 days after generation will result in late fees of 2% per day being added to the balance until the balance is cleared.

 

1.5 Failure to pay the outstanding balance within 30 days of the invoice being issued will result in The Autism Training Network Ltd seeking to pursue legal action to reclaim the monies owed.

 

Payments:

·       All payments will be made directly to the company bank account of which the details are on the invoice. Cash payments or cheques will not be accepted.

Cancellations/Amendments:

·       Any cancellation/amendment requests must be made in writing to enquiries@theautismtrainingnetwork.com

 

·       Cancellation/amendment by Customer may result in partial/full charge as per the below terms:

It is at the discretion of the Company Director, what recharge there will be for cancellations/amendments. 

·       Cancellation of the training by The Autism Training Network Ltd will result in a full refund of all paid monies to the Customer.
